Gettysburg 155th
July 5-8, 2018
Every five years the battle of Gettysburg is marked by a large reenactment. This year a
large group from the 69th Pa "Irish Volunteers" attended the event and participated in all
battles including the July 2 evening attack by Wright's Georgians against the stone wall
and the always popular defense of the wall against Pickett's assault July 3. The weather
cooperated and good time was had by all. Many 69th veterans of past years gathered.
