155th Cedar Creek Reenactment
A small detachment from the 69th Pa attended the 155th Recreation of  the Cedar
Creek battle in Middletown, Va on the weekend of October 18-20. Fought on the
actual battlefield the yearly event celebrates a battle which began as a Union rout
and turned into a Union victory. Captain Eller described the event this way "some
of the  best battles I have seen at Cedar Creek in a very long time. Yes, the weather
was on the cold and wet side, but that is typical for Cedar Creek in Oct. Camp was a
great time with music, laughs and stories from past and new friends made as well"
